FIVE PILLARS OF THE A TaMBay Party

A TaMBay Partylist adopts and promotes the pillars of the People's Patriotic Movements. These are the five pillars on which the party list will work:

1. A strong industrialized economy(matibay at modernong pambansang ekonomiya.)

2. A strong, just and democratic government(Pamahalaang matatag, makatarungan at demokratiko)

3. A united and patriotic people strongly committed to the principles ans practices of universally accepted human values, social justice and sustainable development(mamama nagkakaisa, nagmamahal sa bayan at kusang sumusunod sa mga prinsipyo at kagawiang sang-ayon sa prinsipyo ng paggalang sa karapatang pangtao, katarungang panlipunan at pantay-pantay at kaunlarang tunay na makatao at makakalikasan.)

4. A strong, professional armed and police force for national security(matibay at propesyonal na hukbong sandatahan at pulisya na mangangalaga sa pambansang seguridad at kapayapaan.)

5. A free and independent foreign relations policy strongly committed to the principles of cooperation and reciprocity, respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity, non-aggression and non-interference in internal affairs and peaceful co-existence in relationship between and among nations.(Malayang pakikipag-ugnayan sa iba't-ibang bansa at kusang pagsunod mga prinsipyo pakikipagugnayan at pagbibigayan, paggalang sa pambansang soberanya at kapangyarihan integridad at kabuoan ng pambansang teritoryo at lupang tinubuan, ang hindi pang-aapi at panghihimasok sa mga problemang pangloob ng mga bansa at ang mapayapang pakikipamuhay at pakikigkapwa sa lahat ng bansa.)

OBJECTIVE OF THE A TaMBay PARTY

1.) To unite and strengthen all UNDEREMPLOYED, TEMPORARILY EMPLOYED, OFW's (both sea and land based); individuals, federations and associations both local and overseas, and extending development support to Filipino members and their families, and the informal labor sector empowering them towards a better employment, self employment and entrepreneurship to achieve a high quality of life thus create more middle class in the country for building a strong nation.

2.) To facilitate assistance of basic needs, such as housing, health services, social srevices, welfare benefits and other related programs and services;

3.) To participate in the policy making and formulate action plans for the enhancement for the economic and social well being of the members, their dependents and beneficiaries;

ADVOCACIES OF THE A TaMBay PARTY

1.) To participate in the partylist election in order to represent this marginalized and underrepresented sector in the House of Representatives; such as the, BHW, BNS, Daycare Center Workers, Teachers and others that belong to the working class.

2.) To decentralize political power through devolution and local autonomy for indigeneous communities.

3.) To politically empower every citizen by promoting social consciousness and active involvement in good governance, especially in the loyalty and community, and the formation of people's organizations as effective vehicles for political articulation and action in the society; likewise help ensure a responsible, accountable and transparent government and good governance.

4.) To ensure that politics promotes national interest, thus transforming the politics of patronage and personalities into one of service and ideology.

5.) A relevant and quality education and strong youth empowerment programs through skills development and entrepreneurship training.
