Sentimental Person

One of the reason why people get so sentimental, it's all because, memories are the only things that don't change, When everything else does... There are things in life that you can't hold on forever no matter how much you fight for it, Sometimes destiny isn't always good, it becomes playful. When you meet someone you learned to love, you thought that it was destiny who made your paths cross.

But what if making your paths cross is just a part of the game that the playful destiny created, Making you realize in the person you thought that was destined for you wasn't really meant to stay.

But only destined to make you feel love and leave you when you've already fallen. It's not easy to state a reason when you decide to leave your love. Some might think it's just an excuse... Some might not actually believe... Some will blame you... Some might even be mad at you...

WHAT THEY DON'T SEE IS THE FACT THAT it hurts you even more to hurt someone who doesn't deserve to be hurt, especially when you can't actually state the reason why you have to leave. You can never own something that was never yours... So let's stop gripping on things we expect to last forever.

Nothing lasts forever. FOREVER is a LIE. EVERYTHING is TRANSITORY.

So while you have something in your hand, put in mind that it's just borrowed. So that someday when it's gone, it wont take you eternity just to let it go... When your feelings get strong for someone, it's always wise to stop for a while and give your heart a time to breathe, a time to use your mind to weigh the situation based on reason not on emotions. Because the saddest thing that can happen is when one fall in love while the other wants nothing more than friendship. Love can sometimes be a magic but magic can sometimes be an illusion and sometimes illusion is a LIE.

There are times when I wish that I was limited to a certain emotions. So that I'll never have to experience pain, never feel betrayed or disappointed, and never get my fragile heart broken. But the same thing means that I'll never knew how it feels to love and be loved in return... the thought of it kind of scares me to have heart that's whole but numb or a heart that's broken but real...

Someday, we'll all be looking back to those days we learned to love, get hurt, cry and fight. Maybe when that time comes, we'll be laughing at our old dumb selves, realizing how stupid we are to stand up for a thing we knew weren't really meant for us. But i guess learning take time, and mistakes make one's journey fun. Life is what we make it. Love makes the world go round... So let's live, love, and take whatever pain it brings, though it's hard to wait around for something that I know will never happen. It's harder to stop when I know it's everything I've always wanted. But you know what I'm glad... it happened.

I love you! TAKE CARE ALWAYS :)

Love lots,

Outline on Chapter One Nature and Scope of Sociology
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1. SOCIOLOGY
- Came from two prominent languages, “Socious”, a latin word meaning companion or society,
“Logus”, a Greek word on the other hand meaning to study.
- Study of Society.

2. IMPORTANCE OF SOCIOLOGY
- Sociology is defined as the scientific study of society and human behavior. Sociology is a part of social sciences. The study of sociology aims at analyzing the patterns of human behavior, deriving their causes and speculating the future of the behavioral patterns in society.

3. SOCIOLOGICAL THEORIES
a. Structural – Functionalist Theory
- Structural functionalism is close to humanistic sociology in its understanding of society as shared norms and values. Structural functionalism arose from functionalism in the attempt to explain the dominance of some social groups over others, known as conflict theory.
- society is viewed as composed of various parts, each with a function which contributes to society's equilibrium.
- this is also a framework for building theory that sees society as a complex system whose parts works together to promote solidarity and stability.

Proponent
1.Auguste Comte

b. Conflict Theory
- are perspectives in social sciencewhich emphasize the social, political or material inequality of a social group, which critique the broad socio-political system, or which otherwise detract from structural functionalismand ideological conservativism. Conflict theories draw attention to power differentials, such as class conflict, and generally contrast historically dominant ideologies.
- society is viewed as composed of groups competing for scare resources.

Proponent
1.Émile Durkheim
2.Karl Marx

c. Symbolic Interaction Theory
- Symbolic interactionism views society as consisting of interactions among individuals. Hence the focus on individuals and the organization and patterns found in their everyday activities. It seeks to deal with problems like identity. Problems found in symbolic interactionism, such as inadequate analysis of social structure, led to a fork in the roadof social science.
- society is viewed as composed of symbols that people use to establish meaning, develop their views of the world and communicate with one another.

Proponent
1.Harriet Martineau

d. Exchange Theory
- Is a social psychological and sociological perspective that explains social change and stability as a process of negotiated exchanges between parties. Social exchange theory posits that all human relationships are formed by the use of a subjective cost-benefit analysis and the comparison of alternatives. The theory has roots in economics, psychology and sociology.

"A good friends is cheaper than therapy."

The significance of the saying, "A good friends is cheaper than therapy." has inflicted different meanings in my life specially at time that I am hurt because of others doing, or just merely I sometimes get tired of my   work as a public servant. This pictures was taken after our tree planting activity,Indeed this hang out is out of

my itinerary since I still have a lot of things to finish for our upcoming event in the Supreme Student Government, but it comes to the point that I feel so tired of facing the laptop making letters, making some lay-outs and etc., so what I did I joined the group, when my friend Julienne told me that they will be going to Maicah's house, without any hesitation I eagerly agreed to go with them for such  that I feel I'm getting sick of my works. It is one of a kind experience the smiles, all out laughter while riding a van, picture taking, and etc... makes me feel better than taking medicine when I feel sick, hanging out with this people is really an extraordinary lolling around the city, as we arrive at Maicah's house, My friend Everly cooked Hokkien pian i sit "pancit guisado" but later we have noticed that the pancit looks like a black noodle soup:), well it is all because, when she played and poured out the bottled soy sauce thinking that the soy sauce bottle is empty, But even though we still masticated the food thinking again that were eating a very delicious Hokkien or a vegetable salad...After we eat well expected that there will be a mess left on the table so the most awaited task/thing to do is...who will be the one to cleanout the mess? thats the question, well to be fair i told them to point the person whom they want to point, and thats the person who will clean the mess and unfortunately all pointed Ace hahaha... According to him the last time they went here he is the one who wash the dishes and again he will. This is absolutely a great hangout. Hanging out with a your friends is indeed cheaper than having a therapy, I can't elucidate my feeling, truly I will miss all of you, this is one in a million bonding and i will never ever let this pure love fade away, guys I am so proud of you, your one of people who paint a smile in my face, who greatly challenge me in adjusting my self and taught me on how to deal with people, you also taught me on how to control my feelings and again trained me to talk in public with so much confidence. Lastly, I want to say Thank You for giving your trust to me as your Leader although we don't have the luxury of time to have some camaraderie, but still we are united as a class in many reasons. Thank you so much.
